| does anyone know how to change the colours of a scroll bar using valid css code? i know the scroll-base-color etc but that wont validate.. just curious if you can do it? |

| There is no valid CSS-code. The code that does this for IE was created by Microsoft and therefore only really works in IE. Some other browsers may well have accepted this too, but the standard hasn't and so it's not valid. |
