We are looking for a Flash/Interaction Designer to help drive the design process for new WWE Interactive products and features. As a Flash/Interaction Designer, you will work closely with Engineers and Product Managers throughout all stages of the product cycle.

If you're a critical thinker with a good design sense, a strong technical background, and an eye for making things better, and if you're looking for a job where your work can have an impact on the web experience of millions of WWE.com users, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing WWE products and features
- Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change Requirements:
- Very strong visual design sense
- Expert Flash, JavaScript, and HTML skills for rapid prototyping
- Demonstrated experience designing usable web-based interfaces
- Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field (BS or MS in Computer Science or related field a big plus) Please include a link to your on-line portfolio or samples of your best work along with your application.
